Samsung Galaxy J7 Plus Release Date with New Improvements

The wait is almost over for Samsung enthusiasts. The new Galaxy J7 Plus is almost here. Samsung just announced the phone in Thailand, on the official website. Luckily for users in Thailand, Samsung will offer a free set of Samsung U Flex headphones for everyone who pre-orders this mid-range smartphone.

Until Samsung Galaxy J7 Plus becomes available in other countries, here is everything you need to know about the new phone.

Release date

Thailand consumers are able to pre-order it until September 17 and Samsung will start shipping the smartphones on September 22. Around that time, the devices should also become available for purchase. We do not know for sure when Samsung will release the phones in other countries.

Design & Display

In Thailand, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Plus will be available in Gold, Rose Gold or Black and it made out of metal and glass. It will have a 5.5-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) Super AMOLED display and on top of it there will be a 2.5D glass.

The smartphone will have two capacitive buttons and a fingerprint scanner that is also a physical home key.

Phone specifications

The new Samsung device will have 32 GB of storage and 4 GB of RAM. It will come with MediaTek’s Helio P20 64-bit octa-core SoC and Mail T880 GPU. It also has a 3.000 mAh battery, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.2 and two SiM slots.

Samsung Galaxy J7 Plus will have pre-installed Android 7.1.1 Nougat and the Samsung custom UI.

Camera

The front side of the smartphone will have a 16-megapixel camera and LED flash, while its back will come with a dual camera setup, with two 13-megapixel snappers that also have an LED flash.
