You will notice that you are prompted to select what build of Xiaomi smartphone you own, so make sure you go to the section dedicated specifically to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. Then you will see two versions of the ROM available for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. The stable one of the MIUI 8 is already on your phone, so you need to get the other one, which is the developer version of MIUI 9 for Xiaomi Redmi Note 4.
